Allentown Lofts

I received a sneak peek inside Kissling’s most recent city project- the Allentown Lofts-formerly known as the National Casket Building at 430 Virginia St. in Allentown.
Kissling went all out in creating ten high-end, work-live spaces. Indoor parking area is heated, you control the temperature of your bathroom floors, high-tech security systems are installed, extremely high-end finishings in the bathrooms and kitchens, energy efficient utilities, large windows, a rooftop garden and a lot more.
Besides the high quality finishings, much of the charm of the building is still in tact as you will see what look like former doorways labeled “Elevator Shaft” or “Stairwell” inside your living spaces. Some units have bathrooms with the old gray brick walls.
