Buffalo Ranks Highest on Huffington Post “10 Cities About to Be Famous”

You’re not the only one who wants to move to downtown Buffalo. Sure, Western New Yorkers are aware of the uptick in culture, economy, and creativity in The Queen City, but did you know that we were just ranked at the top of the list of “Cities That Are About To Be Famous… Again” ?

Over the last few years, it has become more and more difficult to find an apartment in Buffalo. People are moving in from other areas for college, and staying. Children of suburban sprawl from the 70s and 80s are moving down to Elmwood, Allentown, North Buffalo/Hertel, and other “poppin” areas. Local breweries are attracting National attention for establishing a booming craft beer market. Now Buffalo NY, and it’s sexy industrial lofts and vast apartment scope are making National news.

“The city has shed its ugly duckling image to emerge a vibrant urban hub busily reinventing itself.”

Not since Buffalo was one of the richest cities in America has the demand for an apartment or loft been so high. The food and entertainment industry is booming. People from all over the country are swooning. Everyone wants a piece of Buffalo. Luckily for you, Kissling offers lofts and apartments all over Buffalo, and we continue to acknowledge the demand for affordable, dependable living.

Check out the article from The Huffington Post to see what they had to say about our city.

Buffalonians with apartments and lofts downtown have started seeing why biking has it’s benefits. Having a solid 2 wheeler can be a great addition for scooting around Buffalo in the summertime, especially when the Elmwood Village is at an automotive standstill.

You can ride all the way down to Canalside for that show you wanted to catch, and not have to pay parking. If you have a bike, you might already know about these rides, but if you’re new to the area, or milling over buying yourself a new bike, these options might just motivate you to get moving.

The glow around Buffalo has brought out a new biking community, that is moving away from the motor.
